Shipping policy

We ship via Australia Post, please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you can start tracking your new products via the Australia Post website.

·  Standard Shipping - $15

·  Express Shipping - $19

·  Free Standard Shipping for orders over $250

All shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, details, attempted deliveries, or anything else. Glow Rituals will not be responsible for shipment. If a parcel is returned to Glow Rituals, the buyer will need to re-pay for postage to resend. Otherwise, we can cancel the order once we've received the package. You will receive a refund for the order amount minus original shipping cost. 

All orders requested for ‘free pick up’ will be notified when their orders have been packed and ready for collection. All orders will be available to collect during business hours.
