Refund policy

Due to hygiene purposes Glow Rituals are not permitted to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind.

 

Once you have received your parcel, the sale is final, unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you have received a damaged/faulty item, we want to make it right! Please send us a photo and description of damage/faulty item along with the order details laura@glowrituals.com.au with subject: Damage/faulty Goods- Invoice #00000. Damaged/faulty products must have not been used. Must provide original packaging if requested.

 

Glow Rituals takes great care in packaging your items to minimise the possibility of damage in transit. In the rare event that you have received a damaged parcel please email your order details and a photo to laura@glowrituals.com.a

 

Cancelling a Transaction

If you have made an error with your purchase and you would like to cancel/change your order, we must be notified within 3 hours of your purchase*.

 

Please email laura@glowrituals.com.au with subject: Cancel Order and Invoice #0000.

 

*The email must be sent within a timely matter as we do not cancel a transaction for a change of mind. If we have already picked, packed and paid for your postage then a cancellation of the transaction cannot be completed.

1.  Using the products, is on the understanding that Glow Rituals and its employees, directors, and agents shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to the users of the products for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether financial or otherwise, direct, indirect consequential or special, incurred by, or arising by reason of, the participants using the products, whether caused by reason of any error, omission or misrepresentation in the Material or otherwise.

2. Using the products may cause adverse effects and reactions. Adverse effects also include serious injury or damage, for which Glow Rituals and its employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable at all in any circumstances.

3. If you are using any prescription drugs, have an ongoing medical condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your healthcare provider before using the products.

4. Neither Glow Rituals nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third parties product providers (collectively, "Providers"), or the like, warrant that the product / products is safe and or tested for their safety.
