Transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do at Glow Rituals. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies before your visit or purchase.
Salon Policy
Before Your Appointment
Online Bookings
All online bookings require a $50 deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment time slot, which will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment. You will receive a pre-appointment consultation form once your appointment has been confirmed via email. You will be required to provide us with details relating to your medical history, known allergies, skincare routine, lifestyle preferences and any other information we reasonably require in order to make informed recommendations regarding our skincare products and treatments.
You will also receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by messaging us on Instagram @glowritualsau or sending us an email at laura@glowrituals.com.au. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation period.
If you cancel within the 24-hour cancellation period, you will forfeit your booking deposit. If you cancel outside the cancellation period, giving us more than 24 hours notice, your booking deposit will be refunded back onto the card used at the time of booking.
Running Late
If you find yourself running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will always try our best to accommodate our clients and are usually able to adjust your appointment to compensate for 5-10 minutes.
We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients and will not be able to complete a service if you are running late by more than 50% of the treatment time. You may be offered an alternative service (at full price) if appropriate, otherwise it will be deemed as a no-show and our cancellation policy will apply.
No-Show Fee
If you fail to show up to your appointment without notice, our cancellation policy will apply and you will forfeit your booking deposit.
If you wish to rebook with Glow Rituals after not attending an appointment without contact, you will need to pay the remaining balance of your cancelled appointment and place a new $50 deposit to secure a new time slot.
Refunds
We do not refund items for change of mind. All product purchases are final, and we cannot accept exchanges or product returns due to the risk of contamination. We will only offer an exchange if the product packaging is deemed faulty or damaged. You will be required to return the product to the salon within 7 days of purchase for assessment from the manufacturer.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used towards any of our full price services, including special offers or promotional services. At the time of your appointment your gift voucher can also be used towards skincare products. However, gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase skincare products online.
Results
Please note that individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. While we strive to provide the highest quality treatments and services, the effectiveness of our services and skincare products can be influenced by a variety of factors including:
Unique skin type and concerns: Each individual's skin is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another.
Overall health and lifestyle: Factors such as diet, exercise, stress levels, and medication can all impact skin health and results.
Consistency and commitment: Achieving and maintaining desired results often requires consistency in following recommended skincare routines and treatment plans.
By utilising our services, you acknowledge and agree that individual results may vary and that Glow Rituals does not guarantee specific outcomes.

When you visit our website we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, and website visited immediately before coming to our site. We may from time to time use cookies on our website to analyse website traffic and help us provide a better website visitor experience.

By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept where this option is made available to you in the user interface.
3. Registration to Use Purchase Services
In order to access the Purchase Services, you must first register as a user of the Website and provide personal information including your email address, mailing address, telephone number and password. You warrant that any information provided will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
4. Your Obligations as a Member
As a Member, you agree to use the Purchase Services only for lawful purposes, to protect the confidentiality of your password and email address, and to immediately notify Glow Rituals of any unauthorised use of your account. Automated use of the Website or its Purchase Services is prohibited.
5. Purchase of Products and Returns Policy
Payment may be made through Stripe, PayPal or Google Pay. Glow Rituals may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund.
6. Warranty
Glow Rituals' Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty Claims must be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase by providing proof of purchase and a description of the defect to laura@glowrituals.com.au or by post to 68 Pine Road, Casula NSW 2170.
7. Delivery
Delivery is facilitated through third party delivery companies. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or claim on any insurance options available, and notify us at laura@glowrituals.com.au.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Website and all related content are subject to copyright. All rights in the site content are owned or controlled by Glow Rituals or its contributors. You may not broadcast, republish, transmit, post or distribute any content without prior written permission.
9-10. Privacy & Disclaimer
Glow Rituals takes your privacy seriously. Any information provided through your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Glow Rituals does not make any terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions regarding the Products other than provided for pursuant to these Terms.
11-18. Liability, Disputes & Governing Law
Glow Rituals' total liability is limited to the most recent Purchase Price paid by you under these Terms. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia. The Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Shipping Policy
We ship via Australia Post. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you can start tracking your new products via the Australia Post website.
- Standard Shipping — $12
- Express Shipping — $19
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $250
All shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, details, or attempted deliveries are not the responsibility of Glow Rituals. If a parcel is returned to us, the buyer will need to re-pay for postage to resend, or we can cancel the order once received and issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost.
All orders requested for free pick up will be notified when their orders are packed and ready for collection during business hours.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene purposes, Glow Rituals is not permitted to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. Once you have received your parcel, the sale is final, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please send us a photo and description along with your order details to laura@glowrituals.com.au with subject: Damage/Faulty Goods - Invoice #00000. Damaged or faulty products must not have been used and original packaging may be requested.
Cancelling a Transaction
If you have made an error with your purchase and would like to cancel or change your order, we must be notified within 3 hours of your purchase. Please email laura@glowrituals.com.au with subject: Cancel Order and Invoice #0000.
We do not cancel transactions for change of mind. If we have already picked, packed and paid for postage, a cancellation cannot be completed.
Disclaimer
Using our products is on the understanding that Glow Rituals and its employees, directors, and agents shall have no liability to users for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct, indirect, consequential or special. Using the products may cause adverse effects and reactions. If you are using any prescription drugs, have an ongoing medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before using our products.
